This calendar offers something new each day. You will find over 12 Prerecorded Prenatal Yoga Classes, positive affirmations, breathing techniques, helpful labouring tools and empowering pregnancy facts.


There are THREE Yoga Classes per week (30-45 minutes long) with styles that vary to open, strengthen and restore the body.

And don't worry about leaving the house or fitting into any yoga clothes - sweats and t shirts will work just fine!
