IS PRENATAL YOGA GOOD FOR EVERY PREGNANCY?

Short Answer: YES! The more conscious, connected, and physically prepared a mama can be, the better her birth experience will go. HOWEVER, always check in with your health care provider if Prenatal Yoga is suited to your pregnancy conditions.

HOW LONG IS THIS PROGRAM AND WHAT HAPPENS WHEN ITS DONE?

The Prenatal Wellness Calendar is 4 weeks long (28 days) with an additional 3 BONUS DAYS. Once you buy it, its yours to keep and option to repeat!

WHAT IF I MISS A DAY AND CAN'T KEEP UP?

Don't stress it! Its totally okay. Just carry on where you left off. This calendar is designed to offer you a simple, short prenatal wellness "check in" to keep your mindset in the zone as your body naturally prepares for the big day. We get so busy with life & work, making long do this lists to set up the perfect nursery before baby comes (which is great too!) but we often forget to prepare for what is equally as important - and that is preparing ourselves for an experience that can make or break your experience of shifting into momhood.

DO I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO DO YOGA?

Nope. Many pregnant women actually start yoga for the first time while pregnant because of its benefits to mom and baby. There are 3 different types of yoga classes offered in this calendar (Open & Ease, Strong & Stable, Rest & Restore) to cater to all of mama's needs. Always check in with your health care provider if Prenatal Yoga is suited to your pregnancy conditions.

WHAT WILL I ACTUALLY GAIN?

Very practical and beneficial yoga movements to help alleviate any common aches during pregnancy, strengthen and tone pelvic floor muscles, positions to open the hips and meditation practices to slow down relax and restore, breath work techniques to relax and labour with, useful tools for a smoother labour and delivery, empowering knowledge about the womans body during pregnancy and birth so you learn to trust the process, and last but not least, valuable insight & mindset perspective to have you feeling confident and ready to birth your baby.
